PRIVACY · PRIVACIDAD
Information entrusted to us is treated with care.
ConecTzion collects only the information needed to welcome visitors, provide secure member experiences, coordinate ministry, and respond to requests.
What we collect
Visit plans may include your name, email, optional phone number, preferred language, visit date, and anything you voluntarily share to help us welcome your family. A private Campus invitation may include the invited person’s name, email, optional mobile number, language, intended access, expiration, delivery channel and status, who issued it, and—when SMS is requested—the administrator’s confirmation and time of recipient consent. Plaintext invitation codes and join links are never stored. When a new member activates an invitation, ConecTzion records that both the Membership Covenant and faith affirmation were explicitly accepted, together with the covenant version, selected language, invitation identifier, and acceptance time. We do not store a signature or free-form religious statement. Signed-in areas may store preferences, private notes—including reflections attached to saved Bible verses—bookmarks, highlighted Bible verses and their chosen colors, ministry assignments, and account permissions. An adult member may optionally provide birthday month and day (never birth year), relationship status, spouse name, wedding-anniversary date, and children’s names for private care and celebration records. Optional Kids and Teen profiles use only a first name or nickname, a chosen avatar or private profile photo, and completed learning or spiritual-growth milestones. ConecTzion does not ask these profiles for a birthdate, school, address, or phone number.
How it is used
Information is used for hospitality, pastoral care, ministry coordination, account security, and the services you request. Spiritual milestones and prayer-related activity are never displayed publicly or used for public rankings.
Who can see it
Access is limited by account permission. Visitors see public information; members see their own private experience; authorized leaders receive only the information necessary for their responsibility; pastors and administrators have broader care and oversight access. Family names and exact celebration dates remain private to the member and administrators. A Member Campus birthday, wedding-anniversary, or membership-anniversary banner appears only after the member grants the specific sharing permission; the member may turn each permission off. Children’s names never appear in those banners or celebration emails. Private My Journey reflections—including answers written during Mikvah preparation—remain visible only to the signed-in member. Pastoral leaders receive readiness and completion details, never the reflection text. A Kids or Teen profile and its photo stay inside the signed-in account that created it and never appear in a public directory.
Retention and your choices
Visit information is retained only while it supports welcome and follow-up. You may ask ConecTzion to correct or delete information you submitted. Records required for financial, safety, or legal obligations may be retained for the applicable period.
External services
Base44 and approved communication, authentication, giving, media, storage, or calendar providers may process information only when those services are used. Resend processes an invited person’s name and email when an email invitation is sent. Resend may also process an approved member’s name, email address, and saved language to deliver official congregation communications, study invitations, and service notices; each message is addressed individually and never exposes the congregation’s recipient list. Completed campaign copy and delivery receipts are retained in the private Communications Library so administrators can verify the recipient, language, provider result, and exact message sent; pastors may create and review drafts, but only administrators can view recipient receipts or approve delivery. When an administrator asks the private communication agent to design a draft, OpenAI processes that bounded request and returns structured English and Spanish copy; the agent cannot send email, and prompts or generated message content are not written to the connector audit log. When an adult member separately opts into personal celebration emails, Resend also processes the member’s email address, preferred language, first name, celebration type and—only for a wedding anniversary—the spouse’s first name. Children’s names and private dates are not sent to Resend. Twilio processes the mobile number and invitation text only when SMS is selected and consent is confirmed. Profile photos are stored in ConecTzion’s protected private object storage and delivered only through an owner-authorized route; a pastor may explicitly authorize their own image to be embedded in an official congregation email. Connector-dependent features remain disabled until an approved provider is configured and live-tested.
Contact
For privacy questions or a correction or deletion request, contact ConecTzion through the congregation’s published contact channel.
